About Dr. Norm Lanier
Founder, CEO

Dr. Norm Lanier is a consulting psychologist who specializes in coaching and in leadership development. His education in clinical psychology and his 25 years of
working in organizations help him appreciate and understand the challenges that face employees and leaders in today’s corporate world.

He believes in the power and potential of the human spirit, yet believes that today’s leaders need considerable preparation, training and guidance. Just as a successful athlete trains and prepares, learns from mistakes and never gives up, so must the successful leader. Dr. Norm helps individuals and teams develop and sustain a winning attitude, a compelling style and a commitment to continuous improvement.
